Music skips on bluetooth headset

I am having a dilemma where my music is skipping between my watch and Kinovo bluetooth headset. I even attempted to sync it to my iPhone 6+ and had the same issue. Is there perhaps such a thing as a buffer between the two devices that just isn't getting the data fast enough to be fluent, do I need to try something else, or are these headphones just garbage? I bought them to be exclusively used for going on runs with the watch so don't really want to buy anything fancy, but I want something 1) that works, and 2) that will be comfortable and stable for running. Any suggestions, help, or opinions would be appreciated.

I was having the same issues with my jabra classic bluetooth - it would work for a certain amount of time and then it would skip or the audio quality was just not what it should be. I tried troubleshooting to no avail and finally ended up finding the jaybird bluebuds in this guide here http://www.pricenfees.com/best-bluetooth-headphones-for-running.html . They come with a slightly hefty pricetag but I'm big into running so the investment was worth it. The manufacturer designed them with runners in mind. They are pretty light and remain in my ears whether on a jog or full sprint. You have to be careful with bluetooth headphones, they're sophisticated pieces of technology so you don't want to go for the cheapest product or you end up with lesser quality, unfortunately.

A number of people have reported this with various brands of headphones. It's unclear whether it's an issue with the watch, or with the phones themselves. You could try the phones recommended in the other reply - they have a good reputation. I use 66 Aidio BTS+ (on-ear rather than in-ear) and they seem to be reliable, although they won't suit everyone.
